This site ("SOTA Model Board", sota-model-board.netlify.app) is operated by ruizTechServices LLC. It provides AI model comparisons and a prompt cost estimator. This page explains what data we handle, what we deliberately don't, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect automatically
When you use the Prompt Cost Estimator, we store anonymous usage statistics:
Estimated token, character, and word counts of your prompt (numbers only — not the text itself)
A one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the prompt, which cannot be reversed into your text
The per-model cost figures calculated for your estimate
A random session identifier generated in your browser (not linked to your identity)
Your browser language and the referring page, if any
We do not collect your name, email, account details (there are no accounts), or IP address in our database.
2. Optional: storing your prompt text
The estimator has an opt-in checkbox. Only if you tick it, the text of your prompt is stored anonymously to help us improve the tool. If it's unchecked — the default — your prompt text never leaves your browser.
Consented prompt text is retained for a maximum of 90 days, then automatically deleted
It is not sold, shared, or used to identify you
Do not paste secrets, credentials, or personal information into any online tool — including this one
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, which may be personalized based on your visits to this and other websites.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other sites
Netlify (hosting) — like most hosts, Netlify's infrastructure may log requests, including IP addresses, per their privacy policy
Supabase (database) — stores the anonymous usage statistics described above on US-based infrastructure
OpenRouter (pricing data) — your browser fetches public model pricing from OpenRouter's API; your prompt text is never sent to OpenRouter or any model provider by this site
Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers
5. Your choices & data removal
Leave the opt-in box unchecked to keep your prompt text entirely in your browser
